SURVEY TO FIND OUT THE NEEDS OF GAY MEN LIVING WITH HIV

Please take part in an on-line survey which aims to explore the experiences of gay men living with HIV and to identify the needs for support and information to improve quality of life. The questions have been adapted from the survey 'What do you need?' (Sigma Research 2009).

Your response will help to gain a better understanding of the experiences and needs of gay men living with HIV in our area.

The feedback you provide will be anonymous but the information will be included in a report which will serve as an important piece of evidence that will be presented to those who provide and commission social care and health services.

It is intended that this will help to guide the design of future services to improve the quality of life of individuals living with HIV in North Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

If you are over 18 and a gay man living with HIV please click the link below to access the survey (closing date extended to 31st March 2012):

Thank you very much in advance.
